I’m Roshan Perera, and I’m passionate about transforming Sri Lanka’s export landscape through expertise, experience, and vision.

I hold a B.Sc. Special Degree in Food Science and Nutrition and an MBA in Business Administration, equipping me with a solid foundation in technical knowledge and strategic business management.

As the founder of Ceylbee International (Pvt) Ltd, a successful export business, I bring over 12 years of experience in the export sector, having worked across diverse roles, including:

• Quality Executive

• Quality Manager

• Factory Manager

• Chief Operating Officer (COO)

These roles have allowed me to work with thousands of employees and gain comprehensive expertise in:

• Quality Assurance and Quality Certifications

• Operations Management

• Sales and Marketing

• Export Processes

I’ve successfully exported thousands of containers from Sri Lanka to a global customer base, ranging from businesses in India to Germany’s largest supermarket chain.

My Vision:

My goal is to mentor and empower over 1,000 new exporters in Sri Lanka, driving an extra annual export income of more than $5 billion for the country.
