1. Confidentiality

1.1 Both parties agree to keep all shared business information, strategies, and other proprietary details confidential.

1.2 Export Advisor by Ceylbee International (Pvt) Ltd will not disclose Client information to third parties without prior consent unless required by law.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 Materials provided during the mentoring sessions are for the Client’s use only and may not be distributed or reproduced without written consent.

2.2 Any custom strategies or tools developed during the Services remain the intellectual property of Export Advisor by Ceylbee International (Pvt) Ltd unless otherwise agreed.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 The Client agrees to actively participate in the mentoring process and provide accurate and relevant information.

3.2 Implementation of recommendations and actions based on the mentoring sessions is solely the Client’s responsibility.
